You agree:
- To provide the Anoka Lodge #30 Library with the
information needed to create and maintain your registration
- To tell us if you change your name,address email or phone number
- To take every care of your login details and password, for
security reasons, by:
- Keeping your login details confidential at all times and not
allowing anyone else to use them for any purpose
- Changing your password regularly
- Ensuring your password is difficult for someone else to guess —
i.e. is a 'strong' password, including at least one number and at
least one letter.
Use of login
- Your login is needed for accessing the Library's Resources and password
protected services
- We cannnot guarantee your access to any requested literature due to the publishers' licensing restrictions or
circumstances beyond our control. Items marked as Reference Material cannot be borrowed
Borrowing Conditions
- Registered users may renew an item up to 3 times, provided that the items have not been requested by another user
- Once an item has reached its renewal limit, it must be returned to the Library and may not be borrowed again by the same user until it has been back in the Library and available to other users for at least one week
- Renewel past the initial due date can be done online for up to 20 days past the due date. Failure to do so requires the item to be returned to the Library
- It is the borrower's responsibility to ensure that items are returned to the Library on time
- Persistent failure to adhere to the borrowing policy will result in the permanent withdrawal of borrowing privileges
- The Library currently does not impose late fee fines. However, the Library may at its own discretion change this policy at any time without advance notification to users
- Items that are requested online follow the following process:
- Users can request an item from the library online
- A notification will be emailed to the librarian who places the item in the CHECK-OUT box
- The user will be notified that the item is ready for pick up
- Items can be picked up at any time when the Lodge is open
- Items to be returned by the user follow the following process:
- Users can issue an online return request through the library software
- A notification will be emailed to the librarian awaiting the physical return of the item
- The user will drop the item in the CHECK-IN box
- After the librarian has re-submitted the item back into the library, the user will be notified
- Important to note is the user remains responsible for the item until a confirmation of return is issued by the librarian
- Items lost or damaged while on loan will be charged to the borrower at the full replacement cost plus a $10.00 administrative fee
- Items not renewed (if applicable) or not returned to the Library after 3 reminder notices will be deemed to have been lost by the borrower and will be charged as above
- Certain publications,Yearbooks and all journals are for reference only
Use of facilities and services
- Theft will result in legal action and / or criminal prosecution

material from the collections complies with intellectual property
legislation, including copyright

Changes to terms and conditions
We may revise these conditions at any time and any changes will
be issued through an update of this agreement. By continuing to use our services,
, you are agreeing to these revised terms and conditions of use.
